I had been given a price for my Q5 in part exchange, when my new Mercedes arrived they told me the price had dropped, after calling to for a valuation I was given MORE than Mercedes had offered me 6 weeks earlier and £800 more than their newly adjusted price, on top of which I was paid within the hour and my finance agreement was settled.
